Financial Information

Following your visit with the doctor there will be a normal examination and/or consultation fee. The fees that are charged for services rendered in our office are based upon the specialist's fee guide and vary from those of the general dentist. They can be lower, or as much as twenty per-cent higher, depending upon the procedure.

Fees are due when the treatment is rendered.

If you are covered by dental insurance, the appropriate forms will be completed and either given to you, or if possible, transmitted electronically to your insurance carrier. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly. There is often a portion of the fee that will not be covered by your plan..

You will be given a pre-determination of benefits form after your examination and consultation appointment which will also be transmitted electronically to your insurance carrier, if possible.

For your convenience the office accepts Visa and MasterCard as well as Interac direct payment.

As specialists, we do not accept payment directly from your insurance company.
